PIER 39 is a festival marketplace on San Francisco Bay. PIER 39's two levels boast 110 specialty shops, 14 full-service restaurants, numerous fun-filled attractions and breathtaking views of San Francisco Bay at every turn. PIER 39 shops feature everything from NFL merchandise to jewelry and imported chocolates.

Location & Viewpoints
PIER 39 is located in Fisherman's Wharf at Beach Street and The Embarcadero, on the northernmost point of the San Francisco peninsula. The attraction provides visitors with postcard views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges, San Francisco Bay, and the City skyline.

Motorcoach Parking
Motorcoaches may only pick-up and drop-off in the PIER 39 passenger and taxi loading zone on a space available basis.
Please be aware that Tour bus parking is no longer available on Piers 30/32 due to structural problems.

Oversized/Overnight/Short Term Parking – Non Self-Serve
AT&T Park motorcoach parking is located on the west side of Terry Francois Boulevard (formerly China Basin Street) opposite Piers 48/50, alongside AT&T Park Parking Lot A. There are no on-site machines; parking for this lot must be paid at Impark's office or via phone with a credit card. The rates are $35 a day on non-event days. The rate for parking that coincides with any event at AT&T Park is $50 a day. No reservations are offered; parking is first-come, first-served. For more information, call Impark at 415-227-0114 ext. 21 during business hours, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Motorcoach Servicing
Coach America San Francisco/Pacific Coast Bus Service allows motorcoach access to their servicing stations. Open 24-hours daily. Coach America's facilities offer full maintenance service. Payment: cash or credit cards (MC, V, AE) at time of service. Please call in advance to make an appointment for a visit.

Restrictions
Idling: The city restricts motorcoach idling to no more than five minutes unless actively loading and unloading passengers. Infractions are subject to a $100 fine. For additional information on motorcoach parking, go to www.sfcvb.com.

Hours of Operation
PIER 39's shops, restaurants and attractions are open every day except Christmas and Thanksgiving, which are optional business days. Visit www.pier39.com for seasonal hours of operation.

PIER 39 Security
PIER 39 is patrolled 24-hours a day by experienced security professionals to ensure the public's safety. Trained as first responders and abiding by the Good Samaritan Law, the PIER 39 security team is certified in First Aid, CPR, the Automated External Defibrillator, Fire and Life Safety. Working with Federal and City of San Francisco law enforcement and emergency services agencies, they are well-versed in law enforcement techniques and a wide array of emergency response occurrences.

Parking
PIER 39 has convenient visitor parking in the PIER 39 Garage, located directly across the street from the Entrance Plaza. The garage is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Discount parking programs are available.
