What are PIER 39’s hours of operation? PIER 39’s operating hours change seasonally. How much does it cost to get into PIER 39? PIER 39 is not a gated attraction and therefore there is no price for admission. Is there parking at PIER 39? Parking is located in the PIER 39 Garage directly across the street. Validated parking is available when you dine at any of PIER 39's 14 full-service restaurants. Receive one-hour of free parking when dining before 6 PM and two hours free when dining after 6 PM. Make sure you ask your server for a validation. Do you have a "Lost and Found?" “Lost and Found” is located at the PIER 39 Security Booth next to the Entrance Plaza. Do you have luggage storage available? The California Welcome Center located on Level 2 at PIER 39 offers luggage storage between the hours of 10 AM to 6 PM. The cost is $5 per bag. There are no lockers available on the property. Is PIER 39 handicap accessible? PIER 39 is an accessible facility. Access areas for disabled visitors include ramps and six elevators to the second level. TTY phones are available. Wheelchairs can also be rented from the California Welcome Center on Level 2.
