AT PUMPKIN PANDEMONIUM

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (September 14, 2009) -- It’s a WICKED Halloween at PIER 39’s Pumpkin Pandemonium presented by Crystal Geyser ALPINE SPRING WATER.  Put on your costume and follow the yellow brick road to PIER 39 on Sunday, October 25 from noon to 4 p.m.  This bewitching event kicks off with a performance from WICKED, now playing at the Orpheum Theatre. The fun continues with live entertainment and activities for little ghouls and boys provided by Cotton Candy Express.  Make your friends green with envy by showing off the recycling and composting tips you’ll learn at the Golden Gate Disposal & Recycling booth.  Become the most “Popular” singer during the WICKED singing contest where entrants may perform one of three WICKED tunes for an Oz-some prize.  

Throughout Pumpkin Pandemonium, ghouls and boys 12 and under are invited to:

·        Trick-or-treat at participating shops.*

·        Visit PIER 39’s enchanted pumpkin patch and take home one of 2,500 free pumpkins.*

·        Enter a Halloween costume contest for monstrous prizes.

·        Receive a free haunted Halloween photo.

·        Free frightful face painting.

·        A cauldron of crafts.*
