Willis And Ford Make A Nice Play For Fans At PIER 39
October 21, 2011, San Francisco - Patrick Willis of the San Francisco 49ers and Jacoby Ford of the Oakland Raiders will be at Players Sports Grill & Arcade at PIER 39, Monday, October 24, 2011 from 6-8pm. The football players are participating in a “Football with the Pros On Monday Night” event hosted by Verizon Wireless.

Overview
On Monday evening, October 24, Verizon Wireless will host “Football with the Pros on Monday Night” at Players Sports Grill & Arcade. The VIP event (for pre-determined winners and guests) will feature complimentary food, as well as player appearances from the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders. Also participating in the event are cheerleaders from both teams, as well as Verizon Wireless representatives showcasing the newest technology and services Verizon has to offer.
The NFL players are expected to arrive at approximately 6pm and spend the first 30 minutes meeting with the VIP winners (signing autographs, taking pictures, etc). Between 6:30-7:30pm, each player will do a live video chat courtesy of Verizon 4G LTE. Each player will also participate in an EA Sports challenge with several VIP patrons who will be chosen via enter-towin
forms. At approximately 7:30pm, the players will be in the VIP area for final photos and media opportunities, if requested.
