Sea Lion Anniversary January 19, 2010

PIER 39 commemorates the seventeenth anniversary of the sea lions' arrival. Through the years, these playful pinnipeds have taken up permanent residence to the delight of spectators and have become international "sea lebrities."

Tulipmania February 20-28, 2010

PIER 39 presents its popular Tulipmania Festival showcasing thousands of tulips in full bloom throughout both levels of PIER 39. It's the largest tulip display in Northern California! Features on-PIER promotional activities and hospitality. Tulipmania is proudly sponsored by Coca-Cola, Crystal Geyser ALPINE SPRING WATER and Wines of California Wine Bar.

Fourth of July Waterfront Celebration July 4, 2010

PIER 39 celebrates Independence Day with a star-spangled day filled with fun and excitement for the whole family. Beginning at 3 pm, enjoy free live band performances in the PIER 39 Entrance Plaza. From 3 – 5 pm, listen to the soft rock explosion of Mustache Harbor. Then get ready to rock n’ roll to the sounds of Tainted Love from 6 – 9:30 pm. Tainted Love will proudly be playing our favorite hits from the eighties. After the concert, at approximately 9:30 pm, look up to the sky over the Bay for The City of San Francisco’s annual fireworks display. PIER 39's Fourth of July Waterfront Celebration is proudly sponsored by Coca-Cola, Crystal Geyser ALPINE SPRING WATER, Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, The San Francisco Examiner, Taiwan Tourism, Telemundo 48, and Verizon.

Fleet Week October 9-10, 2010

Fleet Week is the Bay Area's opportunity to pay tribute to the men and women of our nation's armed forces. This spectacular event features a parade of ships, ship tours, military displays, an impressive air show including the Blue Angels Air Show, and more. Throughout the weekend, PIER 39 will host musical entertainment in the Entrance Plaza. Also, check out all the great military exhibits that will be on display. PIER 39's Fleet Week event is proudly sponsored by Coca-Cola Zero and Crystal Geyser ALPINE SPRING WATER.

PIER 39 Tree Lighting Celebration November 21, 2010

PIER 39’s Tree Lighting Celebration, a holiday tradition, will feature entertaining performing seasonal favorites. PIER 39's majestic tree, adorned with glistening ornaments, bows and twinkling lights will be lit at 5:30 pm in the Entrance Plaza. The Tree Lighting Celebration is a magical event for the whole family. Proudly sponsored by Coca-Cola, Crystal Geyser ALPINE SPRING WATER, The San Francisco Examiner and Telemundo 48.
