At approximately 9:30 pm, witness the skies sparkle red, white, and blue for the City & County of San Francisco’s spectacular fireworks display!
This year’s display is extra special — for only the 3rd time ever, fireworks will also be launched from the Golden Gate Bridge in honor of America’s 250th birthday.

Please note that there will be no FIFA World Cup games shown on PIER 39’s outdoor screen on July 4th. We invite you to visit our many bars and restaurants, including Players Sports Grill & Arcade, to catch all the soccer match action during the holiday!

4TH OF JULY PARKING & TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Due to the special fireworks display this year, SFMTA is adjusting many transit routes and adding road closures around the waterfront area.
A PIER 39 – BART Embarcadero Fireworks Shuttle will be running from 4 PM to 11:30 PM, serving North Point/Kearny, F Market & Wharves stops on Embarcadero, and Embarcadero Station.
Streets in the Fisherman’s Wharf and Marina neighborhoods will be restricted to local access only, beginning around at 8 p.m. until 11 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE!
The waterfront district becomes very crowded during the 4th of July, and parking is extremely limited. Please plan accordingly to ensure you avoid delays.
