PIER 39 is not a gated attraction and therefore there is no price for admission.

Parking is located in the PIER 39 Garage directly across the street. Visitors who dine at participating full-service PIER 39 restaurants receive one hour of free validated parking in the PIER 39 Garage. Participating restaurants include: Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant & Market, Chart House, Crab House, Eagle Cafe, Fog Harbor Fish House, Hana Zen, Hard Rock Cafe, Luau Lounge Tiki Bar, Luigi’s Pizzeria, Mango’s Taqueria & Cantina, Pier Market Seafood Restaurant, Players Sports Grill & Arcade, Swiss Louis Italian & Seafood Restaurant and Wipeout Bar & Grill. Make sure you ask your server for a validation. Please note: multiple parking validations cannot be combined. Limit one parking validation per vehicle.

Lost and Found is located at the PIER 39 Security Booth next to the Entrance Plaza.

The California Welcome Center located on Level 2 at PIER 39 offers luggage storage between the hours of 9 am to 7 pm. The cost is $5 for small bags (backpacks and smaller) and $10 for all suitcases, large backpacks and duffel bags. There are no lockers available on the property.

PIER 39 is an accessible facility. Access areas for disabled visitors include ramps and six elevators to the second level. TTY phones are available. Wheelchairs can also be rented from the California Welcome Center on Level 2.

Please do not bring pets or other animals, with the exception of leashed service animals trained to provide assistance to guests with disabilities and/or in the company of persons claiming to be a trainer of a service animal, onto PIER 39 property.

The California Welcome Center, the official state visitor center in San Francisco, provides valuable information on what to see and do in San Francisco. The Center is located on Level 2 of PIER 39 and is open daily from 9am to 8pm (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). Tour information, hotel reservations, internet access, luggage storage, phone charging station, U.S. Postal Service shipping services and wheelchair/stroller rentals are also available. Tickets to local performances can also be purchased for a discounted price at the TIX kiosk inside the California Welcome Center.
